Mindfulness meditation

Learn how to incorporate mindful meditation into your daily life, with Ian Green. Mindfulness meditation reduces stress, helps to focus your mind and improves your overall well-being. Suitable for all levels.

Please arrive at our Visitor Centre 10 minutes prior to the start time. Duration of the session is 3o minutes.
