These Prayer Flags are handmade in Nepal and feature a lotus symbol printed on each. Positive affirmations accompany each lotus image, to bring about a healing mindset:

‘I Feel my Emotions and Pain. I reawaken my Passion. I surrender to this Moment.’
‘I am Courageous. I am Whole. I stand in my Power.’
