Lunar New Year

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with us at the Great Stupa!

2023 Celebrates the Year of the Rabbit, a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity.

Our festivities run across 9 days from the 21st January through to 29th January.

Bring your families and friends to receive a free lucky gift, place wishes of new beginnings on our Bodhi trees, see the Bendigo Chinese Association Lion team perform live at the Great Stupa as well as plenty of cultural experiences to explore through the celebrations at the Great Stupa.

Until then, may good fortune be abundant in the Year of the Tiger.
