Kalachakra Ceiling
Help us create the Kalachakra Ceiling inside the Great Stupa.
We are seeking funding to create the largest Kalachakra Mandala in the world which will be located on the ceiling in the Main Gompa inside the Great Stupa. Once completed, this will enable a Kalachakra Initiation to be held inside the Great Stupa in October 2024. The initiation is to be led by Jhado Rinpoche. Each name or message will be displayed inside the Great Stupa.
The Kalachakra Mandala is a visual depiction of the Kalachakra Tantra – one of the most advanced and profound teachings of Buddhism. The Kalachakra practice is a powerful means of attaining peace and harmony in the world and amongst people. When Jhado Rinpoche conducts a Kalchakra initiation inside the Great Stupa in October 2024, the initiates will be invited to enter this mandala which will have great significance for many years to come.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available. Each letter correlates with the area of the Kalachakra that you will be sponsoring in the image below.

- Receive a sponsorship name or message 100 characters for English and 30 characters for non-English script (these include spaces between the letters or characters) to be written on a plaque inside the Great Stupa.
- A copy of the precious text Ornament of Stainless Light, 14: An Exposition of the Kalachakra Tantra.
